Frequently asked questions

Answers without the runaround

Your booking is confirmed when Yes Travels provides a booking confirmation or other confirmation showing that the airline booking has been successfully accepted. A successful payment by itself does not necessarily mean the airline booking has completed.

Once your booking is successfully confirmed and ticketing is completed, your travel confirmation or e-ticket information will be sent using the contact details provided with the booking.

Changes depend on the airline and fare rules. A change may involve an airline penalty, a fare difference and an applicable Yes Travels service fee. Contact us before making alternative travel arrangements so we can check the rules attached to your ticket.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the fare and airline rules. Some fares are refundable, some are partially refundable and some are non-refundable.

Refund timing depends on the airline, supplier, payment provider and financial institution. Once the airline or supplier approves the refund and returns the relevant funds, Yes Travels will process it as soon as reasonably practicable.

Do not make another payment for the same booking unless instructed by Yes Travels. We will review the payment and booking status and take the appropriate next step.

A card processing fee may apply depending on the payment method, card type or payment arrangement. Where a fee applies, it is shown before you authorise payment.

Baggage allowances depend on the airline, route and fare. Where additional baggage is available, it may be offered during booking or can be checked with our support team after booking.

Seat selection depends on airline availability and the fare purchased. Some seats may be free while others may have an additional charge.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have the passports, visas, permits, health documentation and other entry or transit requirements needed for the itinerary.

Airlines may change schedules, flight numbers, aircraft or routing. Available options are determined by the airline and the circumstances of the change.

The airline may treat the booking as a no-show. No-show penalties can apply and the remaining itinerary may be affected. Contact the airline or Yes Travels as soon as possible.
