At Yes Travels, we understand that travel plans can change. Cancellation eligibility, charges and conditions depend on the airline, fare type and booking rules attached to your ticket.
1. Customer-requested cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact Yes Travels as soon as possible. Whether your ticket can be cancelled, and whether any amount is refundable, will depend on the airline's fare rules.
2. Airline cancellation fees
Airlines may apply cancellation penalties, service charges or other deductions. These charges vary by airline, route, fare type and timing of the cancellation.
3. Non-refundable fares
Some fares are fully non-refundable. In some cases, certain unused taxes may still be refundable subject to the airline's rules and applicable charges.
4. No-show bookings
If you do not travel and do not cancel before departure, the airline may treat the booking as a no-show. No-show penalties may apply and the ticket may become partially or fully non-refundable.
5. Partially used tickets
If part of the journey has already been used, cancellation and refund options for the remaining sectors will depend on the airline's fare conditions and the value remaining on the ticket.
6. Airline-initiated cancellations or schedule changes
If the airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, alternative travel or refund options may be available. These options are determined by the airline and may differ from voluntary customer cancellations.
7. Yes Travels service charges
Where applicable, Yes Travels may charge an administration or service fee for processing a cancellation, in addition to any airline or supplier charges. Any applicable charges will be advised before the cancellation is processed.
8. How to request a cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact our support team with your booking reference and passenger details. We may need to confirm the applicable airline rules before the cancellation can be completed.
9. Important timing
Please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation conditions can become more restrictive closer to departure and different rules may apply after the scheduled departure time.
10. Refunds
If your cancellation results in an eligible refund, the refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the applicable airline or supplier rules.
